Porcelain Bushing For Electrical Apparatus are mainly used in transmission line and substation for supporting and containing of conducting parts. Both the outer and inner surface of the porcelain bushing are normally galzed brown, On customers’requirement. It could also be white or light grey. In order to increase the creepage distances, large sheds are provided. As a result, enough insulation performances are guaranteed in case of raining or wet conditions. The profiles of sheds could be normal sheds of alternating sheds according to standards of the factory.Other profiles of sheds are also avaliable on customers’ requirement.

The porcelain bushing could be made with formula of high strength porcelain according to mechanical requirements. The flange connected with the porcelain bushing are made of high strength alumimum alloy, galvanized ductile iron,tin bronae, or other materials, ect.

Finally, the insulators are subjected to inner pressure test, four direction cantilever test, besides,diminsion inspections, tolarance inspections and creepage distance inspections, furthermore sample tests of failing load and analysis of porcelain are subjected to the batched of kiln.
