| I.Principle: |

Materials go into grade room through entering system,the powder material mixed in two phases of gaseous and
solid fluids will be sorted according to sizes by centrifugalforce generated by rotating of rotor..The thicker material
go down by force of gravity and centrifugal,most of grains are brought into grading room by ascending airflow.The
grains which meet the required sizes receive smaller centrifugal force will enter into collecting system through the
gap between forced grading blade.The thicker grains receive larger centrifugal force will be thrown to cylinder all
around and slide down around cylinder. While falling grains are hit again by second airflow to make the thinner
powderfall apart from thicker grains,and blown to grading room, the thicker grains will be discharged through the
discharge valve in lower part by force of gravity. |
